Back To School Already?

Are you Ready For School?

Ugh. Nobody likes school. Except for Aster, my twin sister, the queen of homework. I don’t like school one bit, but I LOVE back to school shopping! This year I bought a yellow backpack with pink straps. I also bought a light blue water bottle with some cute designs on it. I have a binder with a picture of lavender on it, and I got the prettiest mechanical pencils. Ooh! I’ve got a great story to tell you guys!! Me and my cousin Ruby, (our friend’s doll) went to dollmart together and bought all our school supplies. When we came back from the store, I walked into Naomi, Ella and Trinity’s room. Naomi was upside-down on the side of the bed. When I asked what she was doing, she said she was upset for back to school season, so she was going to try to make the blood go to her head so she could faint and go to the hospital and skip school. I told her school started in two months, then she reminded me that I’d just finished back to school shopping, which most people did the week before school. I told her that she’d made a pretty good point, and I left. A few weeks later I came back to see she was STILL upside down. “Naomi, are you okay?” I asked. “Yup! Fit as a fiddle.” She said. Then a whole month later I came back and guess what? NAOMI WAS STILL UPSIDE-DOWN!!! Can you imagine being upside down for a whole month just to avoid school? I can’t. I mean I do hate school but not that much. Then, a whole other month later, to my surprise, Naomi was still upside-down. I asked her if she was okay, because school started tomorrow. Her eyes were closed and she didn’t answer. I shaked her to wake her up. Nothing happened. I called Rosie over since she’s the head of the family. She said we should take her to the hospital. I asked her if she could drive me there and she said she couldn’t because she had to try and make dinner. You see Rosie’s an amazing baker, but she just cannot cook. She’s not a chef, she’s a baker. So then Summer walked by and I asked her if she could take us to the hospital because Naomi fainted. After Rosie forced her to, we hopped into the car with poor Naomi in the trunk because we couldn’t fit her. Summer pulled up, and I realized I’d made a huge mistake. We weren’t at the hospital, we were at the MALL. I told Summer that this was the mall and she said the DollForever 21 had released a new clothing line and she had to buy everything. I ran Naomi into what I thought was a mall infirmary, but it was a vet. I said just do whatever you do best and Naomi came out.... WITH A CONE ON HER HEAD!!!!!!!!!! I started laughing so hard my stomach hurt. Naomi just stared at me and shook her head. The vet said to take some pill and handed Naomi some dog food. Now I was laughing so so so so so hard and I couldn’t stop. Finally, we went back to the car. The best part about the whole story was that Naomi had to go to school with a cone on her head! And she ate the dog food! Like I said earlier, I hate school, but not that much.

Hope you all have a great school year,

Iris
